Telephone Counselling

Telephone counselling is an alternative for those who prefer or require audio-only sessions. This option caters to individuals without access to reliable internet, ensuring everyone can receive support.
Payment Information
Full payment is required within 24 hours of booking a session to secure your appointment. Prompt payment ensures I can maintain an efficient and effective schedule for all clients.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so with at least a 24-hour notice. Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge equivalent to the full fee of the session. This policy is in place to honour the time allocated for you and uphold fairness for all clients.
